More and more, I believe that all the theories, speculations, and books written on the subject will be mostly invalidated.
The actual events, when they come, will happen in ways completely unanticipated.
With a few very notable exceptions, the Biblical pattern is:
Event → Recognition → Scriptural Insight
— not the other way around.
